Have you ever tried to type a blog with a dog-child lying in between you and the laptop because she won't let you out of her sight for fear you'll pack your bags, take her to the "hotel" (aka vet), and be gone for 10 days?
All I can say is that there's not much room anyway between me and the laptop, and my arms will only stretch so far. Either the dog-child has to move or I'll blog another time.
Sorry, Rosie...

I had a dog that was about 2 lbs when I got her from the pound and ended up being about 35. When we started out, I thought it was cool that she could ride in my lap while I drove. Come to find out, I had not thought this thing through. When she got to her big self, she insisted on her 'rightful place' in the car, and I would constantly have to push her back into the passenger seat. It hurt her feelings, cuz she would mope and later eat something pretty in the house. I loved her so much. Dogs can be better than people sometimes.
