Chicken salad: Chopped chicken breast
1/2 cucumber, finely chopped
1/2 apple, finely chopped
2 T. Lite Mayo
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1/8 t. Morton Lite salt
Two slices 40 calorie wheat bread, lined with spinach leaves
Strawberries
